A guest points their camera at a small square on your counter. The page opens in the browser. There is no app to install, no account to make, and no club to join. Your colour and your logo are on it. They stay on everything that guest sees for the rest of the day. The signature Your handover note is there, once, beside your waiver. They sign before the ride starts. The wording is yours. Freewheel keeps the signature, and you can export the records when an insurer asks. The day you designed Your published tours are on that phone. The flat hour, the long loop, the one you only offer to people who ask. They pick the day. Each tour carries your line, your stops, your photographs, and your words about why a stop is worth getting off the bike. Out of signal On the Starter plan, open the tour before leaving and the map, the stops and the photos stay on the phone when the signal goes. Spoken directions are made on the device, so they keep going too. The finish At the last stop they have a card of the day, built from their own photographs, with your mark on it, sized for a story. The review ask happens there, while the day is still the day, and it points at your own review page. That is the whole handover. You drew the tour once. You printed one QR. Every guest who scans it rides your day, with your name on it. The first published tour is free, and it stays free. Design it when you have an hour. A longer walk through the same scan, including what you see back on the dashboard, is here. The signature on its own is covered in the waiver template.
